I didn't get to post this video on my birthday because I was probably wasted. But no excuses, I couldn't just skip out on Lloyd's new video "Lay It Down Pt. II" ft Patti LaBelle, this single is off his upcoming album, King of Hearts. Lloyd posts up via Twitter: "I want to be considered one of the best of my generation. But first I have to pay homage to the ones who paved the way for me to be here..." When I saw this tweet, I had to give props to Lloyd. He recognized that there are great artists before his time, and they made a way for him to be able to express himself through the same form of music.
